Guess what? It's snowing in Bonn!
Here I am playing in the snow and do you know what that is heading straight for the camera? It's a snowball! Cool hey? I love making snowballs and throwing them.

Bonn Christmas markets
Merry Christmas everyone! I've been having such a lovely time.
I thought I'd show you some pictures of the Christmas markets that were on in our town.
Mama and Dada and I went there on Friday night, just before they closed for the year.

Christmas pyramid
This special Christmas pyramid was my favourite part of the Christmas markets. The bit around the top spins and there is a man and lady and baby in it, and some kings, and a shepherd with some sheep. On the last night of the markets there was a band playing up there, doing songs that even I knew, like Jingle Bells and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.
Hot chocolate
One thing I like to do when I'm out in the cold is share a hot chocolate with Mama or Dada. At the markets they have these special cups shaped like boots. So cute!
Zio here for Christmas
My Zio came over from England for Christmas. On Christmas Eve we ate a big yummy roast dinner, and then sticky date pudding with custard. After that we opened our presents because that's when they do it in Germany and we thought it was a good excuse not to wait!
Santa bag
Before I went to bed I put out my Santa bag so that Father Christmas could leave me something in it if he wanted to. As you can see, Mama has let me have her old bag, but now it has my name on it so Father Christmas doesn't get confused.
My new kitchen
And this is what Santa/Father Christmas/Mama and Dada brought me! Actually, I'm a bit vague on exactly who it was that gave it to me but I know exactly what it was - a Yassie kitchen! At least that's what I exclaimed when I saw it. It has a stove and hot plates and a sink and a washing machine. Wowee!
Brunch at the pub
After the excitement of my kitchen and then a few phone calls to family at home, we went to our local pub, Bierhaus Machold, for Sunday brunch. As always, it was delicious. The rest of the day we spent in the traditional way - laying about too full to move! I had a very nice Christmas - I hope you all did too. xx

My friend Carolyn
You guys remember my friend Carolyn don't you?
Well, like me, she is growing up fast.
We love hanging out together and going to each other's houses. We try to get together at least a couple of times a week.
I say that she is my 'special friend' and once I even said that she was my husband, which means she must be a very very good friend I think.

At gym
Carolyn has introduced me to her gymnastics class, which I call 'Carolyn's gymnastics' - naturally!
It is my favourite place to go. When we get there I jump out of my pram and run in to the room full of people all on my own, I haven't got time to wait for Mama or even take my jacket off.
Then I follow the lady who runs the class around and get her to help me do things (even though the poor woman has two girls of her own to look after!) I hardly ever see Mama when I'm there, because I've just got too much else to do.
We sing songs in German and dance a bit and then we can play on all the equipment. It is so much fun and I always get sad when we have to leave.

My Anna
Hello there.
I thought you all might like to meet my babysitter and special friend, Anna.
She comes over twice a week to play with me, and I have so much fun. Sometimes when Mama comes home and I know Anna is going to leave I get upset. Last week I even said "Shoo, Mama!"
The other day I was talking to someone about who likes to drink Coke and I said "My Dada and my Anna."

Hello again
Hi everyone, I told you I'd be back again soon! Here I am in the beautiful cardigan my Nana sent me for my birthday.
Burg Satzvey
Last night we went to this castle, called Burg Satzvey. It was all lit up for Christmas, and they had some special Christmas markets on that we went to have a look at.
Carousel
There was a beautiful carousel there, and pony rides and lots of yummy things to eat. I had pizza and some waffle and hot chocolate. I told Mama "I like the cream best." It was snowing at the markets too, so it was all very, very pretty. And very, very cold!!!
Shopping
Here I am just checking out what was on offer at the markets. I rather liked these Father Christmas faces.

Finally!
Yippee! Our new camera has arrived! And not a moment too soon because it is getting very exciting around here, what with Christmas markets and snow and St Nikolaus and all the rest.
Mama and Dada got the camera as an early Christmas present. We have had quite a few boxes delivered this week, and I'm really starting to wonder what's in some of them. Can't wait to find out.
Anyway, maybe, just maybe, you might be seeing a bit more of me on here while we play with our new toy! We're going to some Christmas markets in a castle tonight so hopefully I'll have some nice pictures from there to show soon.

Advent calendar
Here is me and Dada with our Lindt Babushka advent calendar. I am having so much fun opening the boxes every day. I love looking for the right number and then eating the chocolate inside of course. I share with Mama and Dada though! (And not just because they make me...)
